Booking terms

A request is not a confirmed booking

Sending a request does not reserve the dates or create a confirmed booking. The host will reply to confirm availability, the accommodation total, and any remaining stay details. A booking is confirmed only when the host confirms it directly with you.

Occupancy, arrival, and departure

• The maximum occupancy is two guests.
• The property is adults-only.
• Check-in is from 13:30 to 23:30.
• Check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.

Please agree your expected arrival time with the host before the stay.

Payment and damage deposit

The confirmed accommodation total is payable in cash on arrival. A refundable €150 cash damage deposit is also collected on arrival. Its return is subject to inspection of the accommodation after the stay and any deduction for damage or missing items being explained by the host.

House rules

• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• The interior is smoke-free.
• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.

Guests are responsible for treating the property, its furnishings, and outdoor areas with reasonable care.

Optional e-bike rental

You may indicate interest in renting two e-bikes for €40 per day when sending a booking request. Rental is optional, subject to availability, and included only if the host confirms it with you.

Changes and cancellations

Any cancellation or date-change terms will be provided and agreed when the host confirms the booking. Review those details before accepting the confirmation and contact the host as soon as possible if your plans change.

Your confirmation

The host's written confirmation records the final dates, price, extras, and any specific arrangements for your stay. If it differs from a general description on this website, ask the host to clarify before you travel.
